This amazing species from Southeast Asia can develop long pendulous growths that can get to 3 to 6 feet long over time. The growths get covered with 3 inch flowers colored in crystalline white colored in deep purple at the petal and sepal tips with yellow in the lip. There is also a nice, sweet fragrance. This plant is uncommon in today's collections. Grow in intermediate to warm conditions. Decrease water in the winter to encourage flowers in the spring. What's even better is these tend to be quite easy to grow. The large plant is an example of a full grown specimen. They are just marvelous!

Please Note: These plants exhibit light spotting on the leaves from a past spider mite issue. They have since been treated several times and are producing fresh, new growths.
