This Dendrobium (native to the Philippines) develops long canes over time that lose their leaves in winter, and then develops flowers all along the canes.

The flowers are 3 inches in size and are fragrant smelling of fresh raspberries and cream. The special tetraploid or 4N plants we offer have much fatter canes and are more compact in size. The flowers from these tetraploids will also be larger, rounder, thicker and darker than normal diploid types. These were made by crossing two known tetrapolids together. Each year they will get longer growths or canes until they are about two feet long.
