This is a miniature Bulbophyllum native to the Yunnan province of China at elevations around 1400 to 1600 meters, therefore making it a more cool to intermediate temperature-loving orchid. They make for great slab plants as well.

These will produce umbels of vibrant-orange flowers, and have been known to bloom multiple times throughout the year when they become larger plants.
