Description
A native to the eastern Himalayas, Assam, Nepal, Bhutan, Sikkim, Myanmar, Thailand, and Vietnam. Produces a long spike clustered with several small flowers in perfect symmetry. The flowers turn red prior to drying up, which is another fun characteristic of the blooming. Grow intermediate to hot, with partial shade. Grows well in sphagnum moss or small pine bark, or mounted on a slab or basket if your humidity can accommodate.
