This is an alternative mix to using sphagnum moss with Neofinetia. Since the posting of our video, we have found that a combination of medium grade and small grade bark works best for water retention overall, and this mix now consists of a mix of medium and small Orchiata, perlite and charcoal. The ratio is 1/3 of each product, with the bark consisting of a blend of power and classic Orchiata. We previously used growstone instead of perlite, but it is no longer in production so we are using a coarse perlite instead.

The hobby bag size of this mix is 10 liters of product, which is double the size of the small bags of Orchiata bark.
