Description
New Zealand sphagnum moss is one of the most universal of all orchid potting media!
We have seen continued success in it’s use for:
Classic Grade Moss
This grade is slightly below the premium grade moss with shorter strands and is more amber in color. This is still a good quality New Zealand sphagnum moss for general repotting.
One Mile Moss AAA (3A)
This is a premium grade moss with longer strands and is pretty much free of reed seeds, grasses etc.
This moss is an excellent option for orchids that love moss.
One Mile Moss AAAA (4A)
Premium grade moss with longer strands than the 3A moss.
5A (AAAAA) Moss not available at this time.
We have seen continued success in it’s use for:
- Potting orchids that enjoy long-lasting, even moisture
- Using as an essential substrate on slab mounts
- Creating beautiful moss mounds
