Chysis aurea var. limminghei is similar to the ones in the photos which is an aurea but some of the limminghei may have a peachy or slightly orange color tone. Likes to ramble so once they get larger you can put them in a basket and let them go. These plants like water and have root hairs on the roots. Best grown in sphagnum moss. These plants are near flowering size and should flower sometime in the late summer to fall of 2021. The 3-4 inch flowers are long lasting and fragrant.
