Wow! These South/Central American hybrids have reached a monster size this season and should host several flowers! These are perfect for the fall season with their vibrant orange and red color and a delightful sweet scent.
We have just repotted these into 6" pots with sphagnum moss, and they should be OK for another year to host the next growth.
**It is likely that most of these plants will develop more spikes due to the large bulb size. We expect this batch to start blooming in late-October.
Please note! During the flowering, while flowering, and shortly after, the foliage will turn yellow and fall off. Catasetinae orchids have a growing cycle that includes a short dormant period. The plants may arrive with yellow foliage, which is normal! You can take a look at the care instructions here.
