From our in-house line of speciality orchid pots, this is the Sabaku (desert) design presented on a short trumpet pot, most often used for Dendrobiums.
The central pattern here is known as 'Amimemon' 網目文, with the seigaiha (blue ocean wave) wave pattern inside. Amimemon is based off of a fishing net pattern which dates back to the Edojidai era of Japan (1603-1868). The name for this style, Sabaku (desert), was chosen to reflect the color tone of the pot. The surface of the Sabaku design is constructed such that the pot surface has tiny holes providing a good amount of air exchange for the roots of the plant.
