We have many old specimen plants of Dimorphorcis lowii now. All plants are listed individually. Most of these plants are about 20 years old now. Interestingly, at 20 years old, many of the plants are different sizes, so the size you see now may be it's full mature size. This listing is for a very large size specimen. They can flower one, or multiple spikes depending on the year. *The flower photo is an example. The plant photo is what you receive* We have artificially propagated this rare species from Borneo. This species is unusual because it has two different shaped and colored flowers on the same inflorescence. The 'Farmington' clone is more compact than the usual forms of Dimorphorchis lowii. The upper flowers are yellow with red spots, and the lower flowers are more reddish in color (see close up picture). These plants have been grown here from seed since 1998 and are all blooming size.
