This is really one of the best sanderianum hybrids there is. Long petals combined with the blackish burgundy dorsal sepal that has flame like patterns in the upper half The petals are wider than a sanderianum and are about a foot to 18 inches in length. These usually get around three to 5 flowers. Curiously these can flower in the spring or fall whenever a new growth matures. These plants also stay more compact than other sanderianum hybrids.
