This Dendrobium hybrid is an intersectional variety with 75% of its genes from the section Latouria (also known as the New Guinea Dendrobiums) and 25% from the section Phalaenopsis. The flowers are particularly large and long lasting. They are free blooming and can bloom twice per year, with each cane having the potential to spike up to 10 or 15 times. These make beautiful specimen plants when they get large and can have numerous flower spikes.
