An exciting tetraploid version of this primary hybrid. Not much is known about the first ones to flower as this hybrid was only been created in2017 by Guerra. Brassovola nodosa hybrids are easy to grow and free-flowering, typically blooming at least twice per year. Summer and fall/winter are the most common bloom seasons for this hybrid. The tetraploid versions typically are larger flowers and have heavier substance.
We have not smelled this one in the evening as of yet, but it might have nocturnal fragrance from the nodosa parent.
