FAQs for Classes and Webinars

Please read through these FAQs below before you e-mail questions about your upcoming class or webinar. Almost all of the common questions we receive are answered here.

Where are your in-person classes held?

In-person classes are held at Orchids Limited in Plymouth, Minnesota. Find our location here.

How do I sign up for a webinar?

You will see the next upcoming Zoom webinar(s) available listed in our Classes section. Whether the webinar is a paid event or free or charge, you must register using the registration link for the class.

How do I pay for a webinar?

We use Zoom/PayPal registration for the webinars. Click the registration link for the class you are interested in. For paid classes, you can pay via Paypal or you can enter your credit card information by choosing "Pay with debit or credit card" in the payment process. You do NOT need a Paypal account to register. If you register through PayPal without a PayPal account, please double check your e-mail address when you enter it. If you enter your e-mail incorrectly, you will not receive the link to join the class (but we can still send you the recorded copy later, if you realize this too late).

How do I attend the class?

You will automatically receive a Zoom link for the Webinar once you register, along with a couple of reminder e-mails prior to the webinar start time.

When do you hold the classes?

Our live webinars are held according to Central US time. If it is 1PM here, it will be 2PM in New York, or 11AM in California.

What if I miss the class or can't make the date?

Our webinars are recorded! Once the webinar is finished, a recorded version will be sent to all registered participants via email, whether they could attend the event or not. You do not need to notify us if you cannot attend.  If we have a Webinar that does not require a Power Point shared screen, we will also try upload an HD version of the webinar for you to view later, if possible. You will receive your link to the recorded class on zoom the same day of the live class.
